HOW IT WORKS
Contact our office to speak to a Space Planning Pro (SPP) and provide them with your specific situation and requirements. For Example:
Additional pallet positions in my existing space.
Establish “Reserve” storage to future proof our business.
Utilize my space more efficiently to minimize or eliminate building expansion.
Your SPP will arrange for a FREE in-person site visit at your convenience.
During the visit they will take measurements and discuss your storage requirements so they can begin the proposal process.
Working with our design team and the factory your SPP will develop and plan the most comprehensive storage solution to fit your needs (in most cases this process only takes a week).
After which a solution proposal will be presented for your review. Revisions can be made until we’ve provided the best storage system tailored to your needs.
After acceptance of the proposal and issue of a purchase order, the factory will begin production of all necessary materials to complete your order.
During production your SPP will work with you to arrange the install timeframe that best fits your schedule and discuss the logistics for delivery of all materials.
On the day of install our factory trained installers will coordinate and begin assembly of your storage system.
Once the install is complete and inspected, you will be trained in the system operations, safety features, and proper use.
